the ginkworld web site interface, descriptions and references are part of ginkworld ministries. our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our visitors. this policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it.

Personal Information

you do not have to provide personal information to use this site, nor do you need to join this ministry to use it's resources.  if you are submitting an article, poem or comment your name and email are required for processing.  also, email address will be published with articles, poems and comments so that others can comment directly to the author of such works.

we collect personal information only when you provide it to us, we do not take anything; for example, when you complete a form to submit an article, or a site we ask for some personal information.  such as your name, e-mail address and city and state.  we do not request financial information (such as credit card numbers) unless you are purchasing via a third party, or giving to us via paypal.  you are not required to provide us with any personal  information, but if you choose not to, you may not have your site listed, or your article published on доставка цветов Братск.

any contact information is used to respond to your inquiries. we do add your name and email to a list of emails address we keep (and never sell or rent) and use to email out requests for articles.  any information you share with us is never shared with advertisers or third parties [we have no control over who spiders our site].  we may be required to disclose personal information pursuant to valid legal processes.

please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online (such as in discussion forums or chat), that information can be collected and used by people you do not know. while we strive to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.  our privacy policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the internet, and therefore beyond our control.

unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the use of residents of the united states, its territories, possessions, and protectorates. this site is controlled and operated by ginkworld from its ministry office within the state of california, in the united states of america.  ginkworld makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

these terms of use and the agreement made herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of california, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. if any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. this is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

Termination

the agreement created pursuant to these terms of use is effective until terminated by either party.  you may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all of ginkworld site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. this agreement will terminate immediately without notice from ginkworld if, in ginkworld's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other ginkworld site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Disclaimer of Liability
