you ever meet a man who wanted more?
when
we look inside our hearts we see the shadows
when
we search for the light we find the door
when
we seek to find the answers to our questions
we
cease to find the words to evermore.

you ever meet a man who walked on the moon?
did
you ever meet a man who knew the road ahead?
did
you ever meet a man who sang his own song,
even though the words were lost?
did
you ever meet a man who wanted less?
when
we see the road a head we see the sunrise
when
we see the path behind we see it all
when
we know the road we've taken is the right one
when
we know from where we came and where we are
did
you ever meet a man who asked a question?
did
you ever meet a man who wanted to know?
did
you ever meet a man who stood on the side,
who claimed nothing to hide?
did
you ever meet a man who wanted nothing?
when
we look into a mirror we see reflections
when
we try to see to deep, we lose our site.
when
we stand before the time we claim our insight
when
we move we see the way we are to live.
